- 📞Manage high-volume calls in English & Afrikaans

- 📅Handle reception inquiries and appointments
- 🛎️Support reservations team during peak seasons
- 💼Maintain professional front desk operations
✅ We're Looking For
- 📆2-3 years reception/customer service experience
- 🗣️Fluent in English & Afrikaans (written/spoken)
- 💻Tech skills: MS Office, CRM systems
- 🎓Travel & tourism qualification (advantageous)
- ✨Outgoing personality with excellent problem-solving skills
